Quote Of the Day Pt. 2 and Writing Blurb

Hey! So I thought I'd post a little blurb of my writing here, along with another quote.
Here it goes. I've had writer's block on this story for months.

I typed in the first thing I could think of.
Where do Faeries come from?”
It pulled up all sorts of things.
Faeries can’t lie.
Faeries are supernatural creatures.
Faeries are as ancient as the wind and sea.
Well, that explains why I can’t lie. I’ve never told a lie in my life. Not even when I stole cookies from the cookie jar when I was 5.
Faeries are ancient old-world creatures that, if provoked, can be lethal.
That part freaked me out a little bit. Lethal?
Was my magic dangerous? I barely understood it, so it’s possible.
And here's the quote.

For a long time now I have tried simply to write the best I can. Sometimes I have good luck and write better than I can.
Ernest Hemingway
